These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the high baazi platform (https://highbaazi.net) and its mobile application. By accessing or using the high baazi website or app, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

High baazi is a licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. It operates legally and functions under the approval and oversight of all applicable regulatory authorities.

You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account. high baazi accepts no liability for misuse of an account unless the loss is directly caused by a fault on the platform's end.

In compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations, high baazi verifies the identity of every user. This is a mandatory process and must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.

3.1 Documents Required for KYC

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Selfie photo — holding your ID document clearly in hand.
• Bank statement or mobile banking statement (if required).
• Proof of current address — utility bill or bank letter.

3.2 KYC Processing Timeframe

Withdrawing your winnings at high baazi is simple and straightforward. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).

5.3 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to most bonuses. For example, if a bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement and you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Every bonus has an expiry date. If the wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

6.4 Bonus Restrictions

• Each user may participate in a promotion only once.
• Any bonus abuse or manipulation will result in the bonus being forfeited.

Separate rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games at high baazi. All games are conducted fairly and impartially.

7.1 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Real-time odds apply to all in-play betting.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, high baazi reserves the right to void the affected bet.

7.2 Casino & Slots Games

7.3 Betting During Technical Issues

10.1 Grounds for Account Closure

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC process.
• Identified as a minor.

10.2 Account Closure at User's Request

You may request account closure at any time by emailing support@highbaazi.net. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance.

High baazi accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses resulting from the user's internet disconnection or device-related issues.
• Delays caused by third-party service failures (banks, mobile banking providers).
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account password or login credentials with another person.
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical failures or force majeure events.
